However, we remain open to considering exceptional sites in other regions on a case-by-case basis.

What We're Looking For

We seek opportunities that align with our vision, including undeveloped land comprising a minimum of 10 developable acres or the ability to accommodate 240+ apartment units. We are also open to collaborating with mixed-use site developers with whom PARC Companies can introduce compatible multi-family enhancements.

With an adept in-house development team at our disposal, we are well-equipped to handle rezonings and other entitlement issues seamlessly. Leveraging our extensive 30+-year track record in real estate acquisitions and development and full in-house construction capabilities, PARC Companies are prepared to swiftly assess and capitalize on promising prospects.
